Stockholm to Scotland

Well, I have now had my birthday present weekend in Stockholm and absolutely loved it, and would recommend going there to anyone.
Stockholm is such a beautiful city and easy to get around as well. I have a wonderful time there even with it being zero or below. The Saturday was sunny and like a lot of other people I walked around the islands for most of the day to see the city and scenery.
Sunday I against walked around the city but mainly just through the old city and up through the main shopping district to the observator before head back to the bus station to catch the bus back to the airport.
I have to say though it wasn't anywhere need as snowy as I expected it to be, in fact these was very litte snow, although a little did fall on the Sunday while I was walking around.

For the first week of February however I am heading off up to Scotland for the week. Going to see Glasgow and Edinburgh, and more than likely get my way up to inverness for a day or two between Glasgow and Edinburgh. It should be a good week and quite enjoyable, albeit very cold again. But I am willing to take the cold weather to see Scotland.
