Off to Egypt
Tuesday 2nd March 2010:
Woke up at the hostel and then made my way to my friends place. From there we caught a train to Gatwick airport and then the airport shuttle bus to the hotel for the night. This means instead of getting up real early for a bus to Gatwick, we can get up later and just catch the airport shuttle bus.
Wednesday 3rd March 2010:
Woke up at the hotel and made our way via the airport shuttle bus to Gatwick terminal to catch our plane to Luxor.
Flight was fairly standard, however the leg room in the ThomasCook plane was extremely short and made me feel like a 6 footer on a normal plane. We arrived into Luxor and caught a taxi to the hotel, and got a quick guided tour by our taxi driver on the way to the hotel.
